2023 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Communications and Computer Networks(ISCCN 2023)was held successfully on February 25 , 2023 online. ISCCN 2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Intelligent Systems, Communications and Computer Networks to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Intelligent Systems, Communications and Computer Networks and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Intelligent Systems, Communications and Computer Networks and related areas.There were 4 keynote speeches and 3 oral speeches being presented. Each one shared views and ideas of the latest research.
First of all, the host introduced the background of the conference and extended the warm welcome to all the participants on behalf of the committee.
